Scanned Signature – Do not scan your signature and embed it as an image in your document.

Images – Do not embed logos or other images in your document.

Text Boxes – Do not use the Insert > Text Box feature.

Lines or Box Drawings – Do not use the Word or Word Perfect drawing tools to make lines or boxes in your document.

Use File > Save As and select Rich Text Format to save this new version of your document.

If the form field contained data that was needed in your document, then you need to delete the form field and re-type the data on the document in plain text.

If those form fields have no significance, simply delete them.
